In the sanctuary of my stable I have long practiced meditating with my horses. Their very presence somehow amplifies the experience, pulling me into a quiet state of mind quickly and easily. Horses are masters of effortlessly embodied awareness and whenever I pull a chair into the pasture or stall with them and sit quietly they join in.

I am excited to offer this unique opportunity to others, so we will be gathering monthly at Sky Ridge Ranch later in 2020 to take a breath, slow down and replenish ourselves at a deep level. Registration for this event is necessary as it is limited to the first 20 guests. Cost is $20 per person, No horse experience necessary.
