I teach a gentle style of yoga that is effective for people who have limitations or who want to nurture their minds and bodies, rather than give them a workout. Each class reliably releases chronic tensions in your body. Yoga is a complete system of self-care. It eases physical tensions, quiets the mind and connects us to spirit. Simultaneously. All of these aspects of ourselves are strengthened with each class attended and the benefits last for days.

This is an approachable style of yoga that emphasizes deepening your relationship with your interior self, which then strengthens your capacity to deal with others and the world. It is user-friendly and most anyone can do it. Whether you’re in shape now. Or not. Whether you’re in pain now, or not. Restorative yoga utilizes blankets, blocks and other props so your body is supported and comfortable in every pose.
