The Grace & Wisdom of Grief

Grief is a normal, natural part of our human experience.

Whenever a significant bond is broken, there is a sense of loss.
The more significant that loss the more we grieve.

"When we do not mourn a deep loss fully, we condemn the unconscious to hold the magnitude of pain and loss somewhere within itself."

 - Tian Dayton, PhD.

9am to 5pm

Sky Ridge Ranch in Wilton, CA

The grieving journey is unique to every person. Along the way horses offer a bridge to the Grace and Wisdom of one of life’s most tender and vulnerable passages. Horses meet you where you are and lead the way ~ no judgement, no agenda. We will spend time with the herd, relax into a restorative yoga session and have multiple opportunities for gentle, non-verbal introspection and self-reflection through quiet time spent with nature and the herd.

Grief is not a problem to be solved, it is a fact of life that wants to be witnessed, felt, and held with the time and respect that it needs.
Cost is $225.00 if registered by April 24 or $250.00 after.
