Allow Yourself To Become Re-Enchanted With Everyday Life

Awhile back, after years of being a seeker,  I got tired. Enough already.

I let go of the relentless pursuit of trying to feel better or be better and chose another purpose for myself.  I decided to rest in the simple feeling of being. To commit to being deeply aware of the moment I am in. To delight in it. Or be uncomfortable in it. To be present while the moments unfold.

It’s not the activities I engage in that determine the quality of my life. It’s the state of mind I’m in while engaged. I’ve learned how to solve difficult problems with communication instead of force. Working with horses taught me this. I now tend to choose harmony over the many alternatives to it. Unless I’m feeling up for some chaos (which I’m quite skilled at creating).

I like to know that I can quiet my mind. Pretty much whenever and wherever I wish.

I feel joy when I am able to share some of my hard-earned life lessons with others who receive value. Some outcomes of working with me are:

  • Being heard by the important people in your life
  • Being able to consistently find a peaceful place from which to operate
  • Releasing feelings of frustration with yourself, your productivity or level of joy in daily life
  • Integrating a consistently nurturing self-care routine
  • Ending your tendency to engage in activities that aren’t deeply meaningful or supportive of your chosen goals

“Transistions! Working with you changed my life. Easy, non-judgmental, open practice. Environment is wonderful and you are a great teacher.”                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           – Roz Goldenberg, Roseville CA
